This is a picture of a shelter before installation.  The entryway is equipped with 1/2" rubber seal and edge trim to provide a water tight seal.  screened in vents create a cross ventilation system while keeping insects out.  All shelters are coated with a waterproof enamel coating to help seal the shelter, while creating a great looking appearanace.

Easy to Ship

These units are easy to ship to any home.  They can be loaded onto a standard 78" wide trailer and easily towed with a 1/2 ton pickup.

Once installed our standard model only protrudes 8" above ground.  This shelter can also be installed in an interior room or garage.  The standard model will seat up to 10 adults comfortably.  Standard features include handrail, carpeting, non-skid steps and a life time warranty.  Installation is simple and usually be done in less than a day.

The shelter is anchored in the ground using concrete and zinc coated chains.  Once installed the appearance is greatly enhanced with a little landscaping.
